Larry has 29 years experience in the travel industry. Beginning in 1979, he created one of Canada’s largest multi-faceted travel companies through both organic growth and acquisitions.
Overseeing approximately 40 travel-related acquisitions with a transaction volume exceeding a half a billion dollars, he is uniquely qualified to guide clients through the most difficult negotiations. His experience includes retail, wholesale, corporate, group travel, consortia, franchise and travel-related technology.
Larry’s experience as an operator coupled with his innovative negotiating skills ensures clients receive maximum value for their business.
John Kennedy, CTC
President
John has been in the travel industry since 1975 commencing in the retail sector for 15 years as a travel agency owner. He moved into the travel agency network arena holding senior management roles within GIANTS and the TravelPlus division of Transat Distribution Canada. In addition, John has been an active participant in travel trade associations including CITC, ACTA and TICO. He was president of ACTA Ontario from 1988 until 1991 and was a member of the TICO Board of Directors from 2004 until 2006.
John’s wealth of travel industry experience, solid credible reputation and strong network of North American contacts will ensure clients’ businesses are marketed effectively to a broad base of potential buyers.
